These terms govern your use of the Moneyly Android app. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Moneyly is

Moneyly is a personal expense tracker: you manually record income and expenses, organize them into categories and ledgers, set budgets, and receive local reminders. The app is a record-keeping tool — it is not a bank, payment service, investment advisor, or tax professional, and nothing in the app constitutes financial advice.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by Google Play's terms.

3. Your account and your data

• You may use the app without an account; all core features work offline.
• If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter.
• Cloud backup is an opt-in convenience feature. While we work to keep it reliable, you remain responsible for important records — export your data periodically if it matters to you. See the Privacy Policy for how backup data is handled and deleted.

4. Moneyly Pro and payments

• Optional Pro features are sold as in-app purchases and subscriptions through Google Play Billing.
• Prices, billing periods, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Google Play's terms and processed by Google — we never see your payment details.
• To manage or cancel a subscription, use the Google Play Store app (Payments & subscriptions). Refund requests follow Google Play's refund policy.
• Pro access is tied to the Google account used for purchase and validated through Google Play.

5. Free version and ads

The free version of the app may display ads served by Google AdMob, subject to your consent choices where applicable. Purchasing Pro removes ads as described in the app.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to disrupt the app, its backend services, or other users (including probing, scraping, or overloading our feedback channels).
• Misrepresent feedback or abuse the support channels, including spam.

7. Intellectual property

The app, including its name, logo, design, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights. Feedback you voluntarily submit may be used to improve the app without compensation or attribution.

8. Service availability and changes

• The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, modify, or discontinue features (including cloud backup) with reasonable notice through release notes.
• We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of records, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here limits rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be waived by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it (which also deletes on-device data). We may suspend access for violations of these terms. Cloud data deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
